Laboratory Technician, Federal VET Diploma, Subject Area Biology

Laboratory technicians (Federal VET Diploma) with a specialisation in biology work in development and quality control departments in the pharmaceutical industry but also in food monitoring, biological and medical basic research and other areas of laboratory work. The following specialist areas are taught at aprentas during the practical training: laboratory technology, microbiology, pharmacology, histology, cell biology, biochemistry and molecular biology.
